Down East Lobster Roll




Ingredients

1 Lobster
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise 
1 Tablespoon celery 
1 New England Roll
Salt
Pepper
Lemon

Directions

Cook lobsters by steaming or boiling
Remove meat from shells
Dip meat in melted butter, lightly salt and pepper meat
Butter sides of roll and toast
Place meat in roll


Serve with sides of melted butter, mayo and chopped celery
