Down East Lobster Rolls




Ingredients

1 Lobster
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise 
1 Tablespoon celery 
1 Hot Dog Bun
Salt
Pepper
Lemon

Directions

Cook lobsters by steaming or boiling
Remove meat from shells
Dip meat in melted butter, lightly salt and pepper meat
Butter sides of buns and toast them
Place meat in buns
Serve with sides of melted butter, mayo and chopped celery
